How to Perform a Second Scan with MeThreeSixty

Follow these steps to perform a second scan using the MeThreeSixty app successfully:

  1. Launch the App

    • Open the MeThreeSixty app on your device.
    • Log in if you haven't already.
  2. Initiate the Scan

    • Tap the “Scan” button in the middle of the bottom menu.

If You Don’t See the Scan Button

If the scan button is missing, try the following solutions:

Solution 1: Log Out and Back In

  1. Tap the gear icon to access settings.
  2. Scroll down and select “Log Out.”
  3. Close the MeThreeSixty app completely to ensure it's not running in the background.
  4. Relaunch the app and log back in.

Solution 2: Reinstall the App

  1. Press and hold the MeThreeSixty app icon for 2-3 seconds to bring up a menu.
  2. Select the uninstall option.
  3. Go to your device’s app store and search for the MeThreeSixty app.
  4. Download and install the app.
  5. Open the app and log in.
