      MeThreeSixty - How to access past scans

      The article provides a solution for accessing older inaccessible scans due to the new subscription model.

      Solution 1: Updating to Premium

      You can upgrade to a premium service during account creation or later. If you start with the free standard level, you can subscribe anytime.

      To upgrade to Premium:

      1. Select the gear symbol at the top left to open the settings menu.
      2. Scroll down to Subscription and press Unlock Premium.
      3. Enjoy all the premium features and benefits offered by MeThreeSixty.

       

      Note: If you exceed the free scan history limit, you will see the option to subscribe in the History view.

      Solution 2: Deleting Unwanted Scans

      The MeThreeSixty app has a limit on visible scans per account. Deleting unwanted scans will allow older scans to reappear.

       

      Warning: Deleted scan data cannot be recovered.

      For iOS:

      1. Launch the MeThreeSixty app.
      2. Log in.
      3. Tap the History tab.
      4. Locate any unwanted scan event.
      5. Swipe left on the scan event to display the Delete option.
      6. Tap Delete.

      For Android:

      1. Launch the MeThreeSixty app.
      2. Log in.
      3. Tap the History tab.
      4. Locate any unwanted scan event.
      5. Long press on the scan event to display the Delete option.
      6. Tap Delete.
