      This article outlines updates to the MeThreeSixty app, including new user benefits and improved user experience with version 4.0

      Overview

      We are pleased to introduce MeThreeSixty 4.0, offering enhanced features to elevate your experience and optimize your health journey tracking. This article overviews the features available across different tiers, including the new Premium Subscription.

      MTS 4.0 Features

      Premium Subscription Features

      • Unlimited Access (Premium Subscription Only)

        • Description:  Premium Subscription users have unrestricted access to their entire scan history. Unlike Standard users, who are limited to viewing their most recent scans exclusively, Premium users have unlimited access. 
        • Benefit: Manage and review your scan history without any limitations.

      • Priority Customer Support (Premium Subscription Only)

        • Description:  Premium users receive priority support through an exclusive electronic support ticket system. This dedicated support channel ensures that your inquiries are addressed promptly. 
        • Benefit: Faster response times and more efficient resolution of support requests.

      Features Available for All Tiers

      • Phone Number Account Registration

        • Description: All new MeThreeSixty signups now have the option to create and manage their accounts using a phone number instead of an email address. This feature is available across all tiers.

        • Benefit: Simplified account management and access using your phone number.

      Email and phone numbers are individual accounts and not associated with one another. If you are a returning user and sign up with a phone number, you cannot access your email account data through that account.

      • One-Time Password (OTP) Login

        • Description: The OTP feature is available for all tiers and provides an added layer of security. Instead of using a traditional password, you will receive a temporary code sent to your phone or email (whichever you log in with) to secure access to your account.

        • Benefit: Enhanced security with a temporary code valid for only one use, protecting your information from unauthorized access.

      • Baggy Cloth Detection

        • Description: Our latest update includes a baggy cloth detection feature. This functionality scans and analyzes the user’s attire to determine if they wear clothing that does not meet the recommended scan guidelines. If the scan detects that the user is wearing baggy or loose clothing, which may interfere with scan accuracy, it will notify the user to adjust their attire accordingly.

        • Benefit: It ensures accurate scan results by prompting users to wear appropriate, fitted clothing for optimal scanning. This helps improve the quality of the scan and provides more reliable outcomes.


      How to Upgrade to Premium:

      To upgrade to the Premium Subscription, follow these steps if it wasn't selected during account setup:

      1. Log in to your MeThreeSixty account.
      2. Navigate to the Settings by pressing the gear symbol on the top-left.
      3. Scroll down to the Subscription section.
      4. Press the Unlock Premium button.
      5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade process.
